Returns & Exchanges

At Mishmash, we adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, making each piece unique. Due to this process, slight variations in colour tone, shape, or size may occur and should not be regarded as defects. In the rare instance that you are not happy with your purchase, please note our returns and exchange policy below.

1. What is Mishmash’s return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on non-sale items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unsoiled without any stains or damages. Items must be in their original packaging (including the cloth bag if provided) with their labels and tags intact.

2. What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, customised orders, or international orders. However, products bought using a promotional code of up to 20% off are eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards cannot be returned for monetary value.

3. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To raise a return or exchange request, email us at mishmashhome11@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7987674806. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 2 business days. 

4. Are there any charges for returning or exchanging an item?

For defective or damaged items, there is no reverse shipping fee, and we offer store credit or an exchange. For all other returns or exchanges, a flat INR 100 return shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

5. How long does it take to process my return or exchange?

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we process store credit or exchanges within 15 business days and notify you once the process is complete.

6. What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a free exchange or store credit, provided you raise a claim within 2 business days of delivery. Please provide clear videos and photographs of the item and its packaging for verification. Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution in the form of an exchange or store credit.

7. What type of refund will I receive?

All refunds are issued as store credit, which remains valid for one year from the date of issue.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for a full refund to the original payment method, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. If you refuse to accept the order upon delivery, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
