Welcome to 'Mishmash'

where we believe that your home should tell a story of who you are and be a collection of what you love.

What's in a name?

Mishmash is more than just a quirky name—it’s a reflection of who we are.

A playful nod to our founder, Mishika, 'Mishmash' also stays true to its literal meaning. Just like a mishmash is a delightful mix of diverse elements, our brand blends different crafts and techniques to bring you timeless, handcrafted products.

Meet the Mish behind the Mash

Mishika has always been enchanted by handmade things—the intricate embroidery on her mother’s sari, the delicate brushstrokes on hand-painted ceramics, the cozy texture of a handwoven fabric. To her, every handcrafted piece tells a story.

As an Interior Designer with a Master’s in International Business from the UK, she found herself at the crossroads of design and commerce. Living abroad only deepened her appreciation for India’s artisanal heritage. In a world of mass production, she longed for homeware that was personal, meaningful, and seamlessly blended tradition with contemporary living. And so, Mishmash was born—a beautiful collision of her love for craftsmanship and her dream of sharing it with the world.

Timeless Craft, Modern Twist

Mishmash brings you vibrant colours, whimsical patterns, and nature-inspired designs that add warmth and character to your space. We celebrate the charm of handmade imperfection, ensuring that each piece is as unique as the hands that craft it. With an unwavering commitment to superior quality, our designs effortlessly blend functionality with artistry. The result? Homeware that’s not only stylish but also timeless.

Handcrafted with Love (and a Whole Lot of Skill!)

More than 90% of our products are handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans, preserving centuries-old traditions in weaving, block printing, embroidery, and woodwork.

Every piece is a labour of love, infused with history and the skilled touch of artisans who have honed their craft over generations. Because we believe in more than just creating beautiful things, we are committed to fair wages, ethical practices, and empowering communities to keep India’s rich heritage thriving in the modern world.

Good for Your Home, Great for the Planet

We don’t just make homeware—we make it responsibly. Our products are crafted using eco-friendly, AZO-free dyes, biodegradable materials, and natural fabrics that are as gentle on the planet as they are beautiful. Our packaging? Minimal, reusable, and designed to reduce waste. We’re always looking for ways to upcycle, cut out plastic, and make sustainability second nature.
